This policy covers the National Truck Parts mobile app and nationaltruckparts.com. The app is for approved dealers only.
What we collect
- Account: name, business name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses.
- Orders: products, quantities, prices, shipping info, order history.
- Payment: card details are entered into Braintree (PayPal); we receive only a token + last 4 digits.
- Device: IP, device type, OS version, app version, crash logs.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, or advertising identifiers.
How we use it
- Authenticate you and apply your dealer pricing
- Process, ship, and invoice your orders
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates)
- Keep the app running and fix bugs
- Comply with tax and legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share with
Only service providers acting on our behalf: BigCommerce (storefront), Braintree (payments), Apple/Google (app distribution), Expo (build tools), and shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL).
Retention
Account and order data: kept while your dealer account is active, plus tax-record periods (usually 7 years). Crash logs: ~90 days. Sign-in tokens on your device: until you sign out.
Your rights
Email privacy@nationaltruckparts.com to view, correct, or delete your information. We respond within 30 days. You can also sign out from the Account screen to remove the token from your device.
