GENERAL POLICY

National Truck Parts LLC reserves the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not comply with the return guidelines outlined below.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

• All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number prior to shipment.
• To request an R.M.A., please contact our support team with your invoice number and details about the item being returned.

RETURN REQUIRMENTS

• All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
• A copy of the original invoice must be included with your return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was shipped in error or is determined to be defective by National Truck Parts LLC.

RESTOCKING FEE

• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise stated in writing.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

• Refund checks are not issued.
• A credit will be applied to your account for the approved returned merchandise.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Returns will be rejected if items are damaged due to abuse, accident, corrosion, negligence, or improper installation.
• If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the defect and the batch number for verification.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

• National Truck Parts LLC is not responsible for damage or loss during transit. Please file claims directly with the carrier if your shipment arrives damaged.
