What’s changed

We’ve updated the NTP Dealer Portal to better support how dealers actually work.

 

The new portal is designed to be clearer, faster, and easier to use — whether you’re checking availability, managing your account, or placing orders. This update also brings your NTP Rewards access into the same system, so everything lives in one place.

 

This isn’t about changing how you do business with us.
It’s about making the tools you already use work better.

Why the update was necessary 

As we continue to expand our product lines and dealer programs, we needed a portal that could keep up — securely and reliably.

 

The updated portal gives dealers:

• Improved product search and filtering
• A cleaner, more intuitive layout
• Stronger account security
• Integrated access to NTP Rewards
• A platform we can continue improving over time

Why you need to reset your password

As part of the upgrade, all dealer accounts are required to reset their passwords.

This is a one-time step that ensures:

• Your account remains secure
• Full compatibility with the updated portal
• Proper access to rewards and account features

How to reset your password

1. Go to the NTP Dealer Login page with the profile icon in the top right corner or the orange button below
2. Click “Forgot Password” below the password field
3. Enter your email address and submit
4. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset email
5. Follow the link, create a new password, and log in


Once completed, you’ll have full access to the updated Dealer Portal and Rewards.
